Membership

Menage a Quatre is a private club, and membership is required for entry.

Annual membership is $60 per couple and can be purchased at the door. With the purchase of an annual membership, your first night at the club is free with full access to all facilities.

Standard Door Fees

Friday and Saturday nights: Full access is $60 per couple. Access to the off-premise area only is $20.

Thursday: Free for members.

Sunday: Open for special events only with varied pricing.

Premium User Passes

All access monthly pass: $99. This is an unlimited monthly user pass. It allows you total access to the club for one flat rate.

Three month all access pass: $199. Allows you full access to the club for three months without paying any additional user fees.

Annual user pass: $499. Full unlimited access to the club for one year.

Note: Premium pass holders are able to reserve bottle service up to 48 hours ahead of time without a credit card. In addition, those couples wishing to order a specific bottle of wine may do so by contacting the club. Please allow us several days to determine if the bottle you request is available.
